Trainees enrolled at Ace IT Careers should be subject to these terms and conditions. It is accepted that these terms and conditions should be aware by the applicant before registering for online training or corporate training or classroom training.

It is the responsibility of the trainee to know about the course details for which they are applying, and payments should be made before the commencement of the session.

Ace IT Careers warrants that all Courses are conducted by qualified and experienced instructors in a professional manner in accordance with generally recognized practices and standards.

For online training Courses fees are inclusive of tuition, course materials, and machines (where applicable) by the Delegate for the period of the Course.

Copyright and all intellectual property rights for all Course Materials shall remain the property of Ace IT Careers

Refund / Cancellation / Transfer Policy
Once registered for the training sessions, the Ace IT Careers has right to deduct the fee to cover the costs of demo sessions, administrative costs (also includes either for software or material and server usage) respective fees will not be refunded. Below are the Instructions, if the students wish to discontinue from the training due to any reason. All cancellations are accepted via emails only.
This policy outlines the refund procedures for students enrolled in training programs offered by Ace IT Careers.
Refund Eligibility:

100% fee refund will be refunded to students under the following conditions:

If the training program fails to start from our end, for any reason whatsoever.

If the student initiates the cancellation of the training program after completing 5-6 sessions.​

Refund Exclusions:
- If a student has completed 50% or 100% of the training program, no refund will be provided.

Refund Procedure:

To initiate a refund request, the student must submit a formal written request to trainingdesk@aceitcareers.com

The request should include the following information:

Student's Full Name

Training Program Title
-
Reason for Refund Request
-
Proof of completion of 5-6 sessions (if applicable)

Upon receiving the request, Ace IT Careers will review the request and verify the eligibility for a refund.

If the request meets the eligibility criteria, the refund will be processed within 5-6 days from the date of approval.

This policy applies to all training programs offered by Ace IT Careers.

Refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be declined, and the decision will be final.

This policy is designed to protect the interests of both the institution and its trainees. Prior awareness of this policy is required before registering for online training.
